Initial Consultation

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
KAP represents the core of my therapeutic practice.
Preparation Visit
A 90 minute session to prepare you mentally and emotionally for the KAP experience. We'll discuss your goals, what to expect, and how you can integrate the insights gained during therapy.
KAP Session
A 2-3hour session facilitated in a safe, supportive environment. Here, ketamine is used as a tool to deepen the therapeutic process, allowing for profound insights and emotional breakthroughs.
Integration Session
A 1-hour follow-up where we reflect on your experience, integrating into your life, the insights and the emotions which surfaced during the KAP session.
Follow-up Consultations
Healing is an ongoing journey. I offer follow-up half-hour consultations for ketamine dose adjustments and to discuss your progress. These sessions are crucial for tailoring your treatment plan to your evolving needs.
Medical Marijuana Consultations
For clients with PTSD symptoms, including panic attacks and anxiety, I provide consultations for the New York State medical cannabis program. This service is part of my holistic approach to care, offering an alternative therapeutic option for those seeking relief.
Take Your Next Steps

My initial medical consultation fee is $250. Payment is due at the time of evaluation and payment is accepted with credit card, cash or check. I provide an “Out of network provider” superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement but I do not currently participate in local insurance plans. Pre KAP preparation consultations are also $250.

The initial cost of medication through the compounding pharmacy is $100 (enough for 3 sessions) and the medication is delivered to your home, for you to bring into the office for your KAP session.

The cost of a single KAP session with me is $750, and 3 KAP session and the preparation session may be bundled together for $2000. Each KAP session includes a 2-3 hour KAP dosing session, and an additional 1 hour integration session.

The fee for IM KAP administration while you are attended by another therapist at our 1275 Delaware Ave location is $200 (and is $500 when your dosing session is attended by me, and your integration is done by your own therapist).

Follow-up medical consultations for medication adjustments are $150, This might happen after your second or third session, for refills of oral ketamine for future KAP sessions.

Other KAP therapy practitioners may participate with various health insurance, and KAP may be partially covered by these plans. If you need KAP and are unable to afford therapy, I offer an individual sliding scale plan for payment.
